SMI’s Fabrication Department provides Engineering and Drafting Services for Conceptual Ideas, Prototype Design, Custom Equipment Manufacturing, and Production Manufacturing. The Fabrication Department Engineering and Drafting is primarily done using Solidworks. We can build complex parts, assemblies, or entire pieces of equipment in model space, perform animation, perform stress load analysis, verify clearances, and test for collisions.
