SMI has an experienced staff that disassembles, cleans, inspects, checks tolerances, replaces defective parts, repairs deficiencies, reassembles, and tests every compressor and pump.

 

All build-up, grinding, machining, and polishing procedures are done on high-tolerance machines.

 

All components are refinished back to factory specifications and in “like new” condition. All housings and casings are inspected with magnetic flux to inspect for cracks. The reassembly process is meticulously done to ensure a long service life. SMI has the tools, know-how, and qualified staff to handle all of your Compressor Rebuilding and Pump Rebuilding needs.
