Assistant Project Coordinator
Hourly Rate: TBD
Employment Classification: Non-Exempt
Department: Administration
Reports to: President/Project Manager/Controller
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Objective: Under minor supervision, interacts with clients to determine their needs ensuring clients are transferred to the correct service provider. Communicate with and maintain working relationships with service providers. Communicate clearly and effectively regarding their daily schedules and bringing projects from concepts to execution, design & budgets.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.

Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.

Coordination job schedules, adjustments, and customer communications.
-
Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base.

Expand the list of resources and providers to ensure there are no gaps in services.

Provide prompt and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and customers.
-
Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.

Order and track the materials needed for a successful mechanical job completion. Create RMA’s and return unused or damaged parts.

Assist Project Managers as needed.

Prepare proposals, work authorization forms, bids and follow up with customers via telephone and/or email communications.

Track jobs and job status for department managers.
-
Email customers as part of assisting with projects.
-
Update and track bids in both the job board and on the server.

Maintain department manager project calendars.

Coordinate all company travel and lodging

Reserve all rental equipment and manage the rental calendar
Marginal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare DAS 140 and 142 forms and dispatch Electrical / Mechanical apprentice if needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
One to three years of industry experience or related customer service experience required.
-
Previous administrative experience preferred.
-
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Journeyman Industrial/Commercial Electrician
Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $45.00
Description
The Journeyman Electrician will perform installation, service, and maintain electrical wiring systems and equipment; and to do related work as required:
-
Plan layout and install electrical wiring, piping, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
-
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, control devices, PLC’s, or other components.
-
Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
-
Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps.
-
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
-
Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
-
Ability to interpret control schematics and perform wiring of control components.
-
Ability to create control schematics.
-
Ability to troubleshoot complex control issues.
-
Ensure operating in compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
-
Occasional travel as required.
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
5 year’s experience as an electrician.
-
Must possess a valid and current DIR card, Certified General Electrician.
-
Must be able to work on-call (weekly rotating schedules).
-
Safely Operate a forklift, boom & scissor lift.
-
Contingent on successful drug test and background.
